Founded in 1981, Virvik Golf ry has an 18-hole course in a manor setting by the sea, only a good 15-minute drive south-east of the centre of Porvoo. From Helsinki the trip takes about 40–60 minutes, mostly along the motorway.
The course design takes the player's development well into account. As shots get longer and skills improve, there is the chance to play the course with the most varied strategies and in this way get deeper into the secrets of golf.
Virvik Golf is an association-based course where, as a member, you can enjoy playing in a quiet setting close to nature, where birdsong is almost the only sound you hear. The clubhouse, the caddiemaster's office and the restaurant represent an old manor milieu and cultural landscape.
Welcome — come and fall in love with Virvik!
