Yes. Customers visit your booking page, pick a bay and time slot and pay online. You receive the booking instantly in your calendar.

Does GolfBooker support memberships and hour packages?

Yes. You can sell monthly or annual memberships with discounted booking rates. Prepaid hour packages deduct hours automatically when a member books.

Can I manage multiple locations?

Yes. Each location gets its own booking calendar, pricing rules and staff access. You manage everything from one account.

How does pricing work?

You set your own pricing rules. Rates can vary by day, time slot, bay and customer type (member, visitor, package holder). You can also set promotional rates for off-peak hours.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Go monthly and cancel anytime, or save money with a yearly deal.

Can I use GolfBooker for a venue that has both simulators and an outdoor course?

Yes. GolfBooker handles both from the same platform. Simulator bays and tee times get separate calendars with their own pricing and availability rules.

How long does setup take?

Most venues are live within a few days. We help you configure bays, pricing and policies during onboarding.
