GolfBooker has signed an API agreement with the Finnish Golf Union. The agreement enables GolfBooker to offer its club management system to golf communities and is a significant step toward year-round service for golfers.
What This Means for Golf Clubs and Courses
In the 2026 season, golf clubs and courses using GolfBooker will be able to access the eBirdie registry directly through the GolfBooker admin panel.
The eBirdie integration enables, where applicable:
Processing member and player data
Accessing handicap-related information
Managing competition data and results
GolfBooker is built with a modular architecture, so a club or course can start with the competition module, for example and expand to other features later based on the club's needs.
What About Players?
On the consumer side, we want players to only need one app going forward, one that includes bookings, free handicap round submissions, social features, competition registration and score tracking.
Timeline for the 2026 Season
The agreement enables the first courses to begin onboarding to GolfBooker for the 2026 season. Handicap round submissions through the app will be rolled out gradually during spring as the integration progresses.
Comment from the Finnish Golf Union
“We warmly welcome GolfBooker to offer its services to golf courses and clubs. We support them and our other API partners in delivering services to golf communities and players.”
